These are new, bought from a vendor on Etsy (OutcastProps), but I believe that they need to be modified, or at least the hand pieces do because they do not secure the outer rim of the hand. I would also personally modify the bracers themselves for draw-holes to make them easier to cinch, but I do not do leather work and these have been sitting unused for a while.
