Handmade 20s Style Costume With Velvet Burnout

This costume was made by a costume shop in Salem, Oregon - it's a 20s STYLE dress with velvet burnout fabric on top of an under slip - note the pins on the inside holding the dropped waist belted detail. There is no size tag but it appears to be a Medium judging by the pit to pit measurement. The sides drip down a little more than the middle of the dress. This is well made and beautiful but it is a costume and should be thought of as such. Length: 50" at longest point Pit to Pit: 19.5"
