This product is a Juniors Small Costume sz 3-5 featuring the character of the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz. Made with elastic/stretch material, this costume is designed for a comfortable and secure fit. Manufactured in China, this costume allows you to transform into the iconic character from the classic film, complete with a sizing suitable for a smaller stature. ******When opening the costume to check it, I noticed that there is some of the red is starting to peel. I try to take a picture of it so you know exactly what I was talking about doesn’t show up a lot and the arm warmers and leg warmers have not been out of the package so I couldn’t see what they look like .
