Refund Process and Timeframe 5000Styles processes all returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned items to our warehouse. The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item.
